Since 1989 Willamette Heating has been installing furnaces and air conditioning in the Portland metro area. Because referrals are the backbone of our business, we emphasize customer service and offer the most competitive pricing in town.
We are a small business and the majority of our work is replacing and retrofitting residential heating equipment. We have worked with NW Natural for 20 years and as one of their "Preferred Contractors", we specialize in converting homes from oil or electric to gas.
Willamette Heating installs only Goodman heating and air conditioning equipment. Goodman manufactures a full line of high efficiency furnaces. The Goodman high efficiency furnace is fully modulating, this gives you the greatest comfort and afforable heating costs.
Goodman heat pumps are rated some of the highest in the industry. When looking at heat pumps, look for a high HSPF (Heating Seasonal Performance Factor). Remember we heat our homes 6-7 months a year, and only cool them about 3 months.
